TicketBaba is an event ticketing platform. We designed and developed a full-featured web application for browsing events, purchasing tickets, and managing venues.
Overview
TicketBaba's founders saw an opportunity to build a better ticketing experience — one that prioritized both event-goers and organizers. Existing platforms were clunky, expensive, and didn't offer the flexibility their market needed.
We built a full-stack web application that handles the complete ticketing lifecycle. Event-goers can browse upcoming events, select seats from interactive venue maps, and complete purchases through a fast, secure checkout. The platform supports multiple payment methods and sends instant e-tickets via email and SMS.
For organizers, we built a comprehensive dashboard for creating events, managing seating charts, tracking sales in real time, and handling refunds. The system is designed to scale — handling thousands of concurrent users during high-demand on-sales without breaking a sweat.
